I rent a private room with terrace, in a shared apartment in the heart of Downtown. The atmosphere in my flat is warm and friendly. I will be there to share my experience and suggest you the best restaurants and cafés, as well as cultural and touristic venues. I also offer organised trips outside Cairo in Fayoum (3 days) and Dahab (min. 4 days). Guests can use the kitchen. Coffee and tea are included in the price. I also offer the possibility to experience a Syrian brunch (15$ for 2 people). The apartment is located 5 minutes far from: - Tahrir Square and the Egyptian Museum; - 3 metro stations (Sadat, Naguib, Saad Zaghloul); West el Balad (Downtown) is a really central and dynamic area, with many touristic attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants, as well as shops and malls. I am Syrian and I've been living here in Cairo for 5 years. I am a sculptor and I want to open my house to people from different cultures and backgrounds. In these years, I've shared my flat with people from more than ten nationalities. As my papers don't allow me to travel, and neither work, I am using my house to discover the world through my guests.
