1. All children and infants are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count which must not exceed 3

12. Third party reservations are NOT allowed. Guest who booked the reservation must stay for the entire duration of the reservation
13. Late check out without the express permission of the host, will result in a $50 fee for every 30mins
14. Host reserves the right to cancel any booking that violates house rules
