Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location was convenient and central. Bedroom and bathroom count were very good. The beds were comfortable and large. More spacious than originally expected. The unit had all of the essential items needed to have a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out instructions were overall pretty straightforward and clear, but there was no usage of the lock-box by us or need. My guests and I were very pleased overall with the accommodations.
Negative: The lack of a newer smart TV was disappointing (TV is probably 15-20yrs old). Trash was present in the front bedroom and front bathroom. Someone's underwear was left in the front bedroom closet. Bed linens appear to not have been as clean as they could/should have been due to remnants of hairs from other parties found on the sheets. If shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are going to be "advertised" in each bathroom shower, it would be cool if the bottles had some product to use in each rather than being left empty. A larger microwave could be a beneficial add. Front door jam could use replacement and/or repair due to damage likely from previous occupants to support a better sense of security.
