Summary: We arrived in the dark and rain; both parking spaces were taken. There was no light at the top of the long flight of dark, wet stairs. (I'm 73 & walk with a cane, so this was important to me.) Clean & bright inside. Beds were comfortable; no sofa or other comfy place to sit. I think owner is sometimes there, and that would have helped, though did respond to text message. (Daughter texted them re these concerns, and I think they will follow through.) I imagine they would be quieter than the people currently upstairs. Entrance is actually on Parker St.
