Summary: This place is beautiful. Impeccably kept. Every detail has been updated. It's true, this place is steps away from the beach. This little cottage is alongside a string of 3 cottages, this one is in the middle. There is a larger cottage in front of this one. If no vehicles are parked at that cottage, you can easily see the ocean and enjoy the views. Otherwise the views are lackluster but the proximity to the beach is extremely close. Facing the beach there is a high rise condo development to the left placed very close by (cannot see from the photos). To the right there are other single story homes. Disclosing these details will help give you a better idea of what to expect visually. I sent messages to the host via VRBO but never heard back. I took a chance and decided to book the place anyway. The host texted my cell the morning of check in with procedures, directions, and instructions to reach out with any problems or questions. Quickly receptive via texting on the phone. This place has two queen beds. The mattresses are extremely firm, linens are polyester. I do very much appreciate the fresh flowers placed in each room, bottle of wine, and plenty of snacks left to us in a basket. The place also came with two beach chairs and beach umbrella. Loved the outdoor shower. The sofa in the living area is a love seat, two other very small chairs for seating in the living space. Very nice to have a smart TV in the living area and in each bedroom. Overall a nice experience.
