Stylish studio apartment right in the heart of downtown Athens. Located in the newly renovated University Towers, it is directly across the street from UGA campus and just steps away from the famous Arches, North Campus, The Georgia Theatre and many other local attractions.

Incredible location convenient to everything downtown Athens has to offer & just across the street from the UGA campus.
There is a shared laundry room (pay to wash) for the building on the 2nd floor.
*There is no on site parking for the condo.* There is an unloading space directly in front of the building and 2 parking garages within a 2 block radius. They charge a $10 overnight parking fee.
You will be right in the heart of downtown Athens! From the window, you can look directly across the street to UGA campus. Conveniently located above Target, you are also just steps away from amazing restaurants and local shops.
Everything in the downtown area is easily walkable. There is NO designated parking but there are several parking decks 1-2 blocks from the building and a loading zone right in front of the entrance for unloading baggage.
Pet Policy:
- only pets under 40 lbs, unless pre-authorized by host.
- non-refundable $50 pet fee for additional cleaning
- absolutely no pets on furniture
- please be courteous to neighbors in the building- if your dog barks excessively this would not be an ideal place for your pet
