The house sleeps 10 in beds, plus an additional double size sofa bed, for up to 12 guests.
The floor plan is ideal for group gatherings, with plenty of rooms (living room, library, sunroom, upstairs den, formal dining room and kitchen) for secluded privacy. Three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and 2 bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The master bedroom is a suite with an adjacent sitting room and private bathroom and is open via stairwell to the kitchen below. The house sleeps 10 in 3 king beds and 2 queen beds, and also has a double fold-out sofa bed available in the den to accommodate 1-2 additional guests. The yard features lawns, rose garden and fish pond on one side of the home, and a patio with barbeque, dining furniture and a fire pit on the other side.
You will be renting the entire home, both side patios, driveway, and gardens. You will enter the home via keyless digital lock on the side kitchen door, next to the driveway/parking area.
