In a family urbanisation in Oliva Nova, this fantastic house with private pool is perfect for 4-5 people to enjoy the great Mediterranean weather a few metres away from the beach. Located only 250 metres from the sea, this house invites to disconnect from daily life. For instance, you can swim in the chlorine pool which sizes 4 x 2 metres and with a 1.10 to 1.30 metres depth; or enjoy wonderful evenings at the terrace preparing barbecues by a bottle of wine. There are two sun loungers to sunbathe or to simply read a magazine while taking a refreshing drink. Cosy and modern, the interior of the house presents a functional room where living room, dining room and kitchen are all together. You can rest on the sofa watching some film or TV series on TV. The kitchen is perfect to cook delicious dishes on the ceramic hob, and put then on the table for 5 people. The bathroom comes with shower and bidet and it has a relaxing style.
