The Space:
The apartment has been well decorated and equipped for a great holiday experience. Details have been well thought out and everything is brand new
With the warm grassed terrace area you can spend your days over leisurely morning breakfast under the awnings before you head out to the local beach which is just a short walk from the apartment.
Guest Access:
Our Welcomer will meet you at the apartment on your arrival, we just ask you to give us 30 minutes notice before you arrive at the door so we can meet you promptly. Upon booking confirmation you will receive an email from us to give you all the details you need for a smooth check in.
The Neighborhood:
The location could not be better! 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach in Estoril or the Estoril train station. Avenida Saboia is the village center for Monte Estoril and offers a variety of shops and restaurants as well as more practical amenities such as banks and bakeries. In the heart of the village, an easy walk away, you will be able to enjoy the Jardim dos Passarinhos where you can enjoy the calm of the park or sample a typical Portuguese coffee and pastry at the kiosk.
Getting Around:
The Estoril station has a link between Cascais and Lisbon. Estoril station is the third stop on the line from Cascais and takes a total of about 20 minutes to reach the Lisbon station - Cais do Sodre. From here the metro will take you wherever you need to get in Lisbon or you can also make a connection for Rossio station to get to Sintra.
If you prefer to go by bus to Sintra then simply walk (about 20 mins) or catch the train to Cascais station. From there you have a bus station that will take you to Sintra, Guincho, Cascais Shopping and various other locations.

* Please know that for late arrivals, the following charges will apply:
-For arrival at the property between 20h00 and 23h00 - €25.00
-For arrival at the property after 23h00 - €50.00.
-We are obliged to collect Tourist Tax for the city of Cascais, in cash on each arrival. The fee is 2€ per person per night, with a maximum charge of 14€ per person, children under thirteen are not subject to this tax.
* Parties and loud music are strictly not allowed at any of our properties and actions may be taken should there be any complaints from the neighbours relating to excessive noise.
* Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)
* Additional guests are not allowed without the express permission of the management agency.
* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of the agreement we have with our owners.
