THE AREA:

Sunrise Beach is a special part of the Sunshine Coast with a relaxed and friendly vibe. It is located between Sunshine Beach & Peregian Beach. Long stretches of golden sand lapped by pristine surf rolling in from the ocean is what makes Sunrise Beach perfect. There are numerous beach breaks along the length of the beach. Sunrise Beach is conveniently located. Away from the hussle and bussle of Noosa Heads and a little sleepier and much less crazier! Many beautiful walking / cycling tracks closeby. Only 8 minutes to Noosa Heads.

The townhouse is a 5 minute stroll to an idyllic beach which is patrolled over weekends and school holidays from October to May. So many beautiful beaches close by if you feel like exploring.

There are 2 lookouts at Sunrise Beach, perfect for spotting whales or dolphins when they are around.

THE SPACE:

Beach style 2 bedroom townhouse with pool and ocean views. The townhouse overlooks the pool (a few meters from the verandah) and is only a 5 minute stroll to the beach.

The Townhouse has been lovingly furnished with a coastal theme and local artwork. The 2 level beach style townhouse has fresh sea breezes. It is surrounded by a tropical garden and is on a peaceful street. There is a private entrance.

Here at Dolphins, you will find everything you need. It will be your perfect holiday getaway!

The lower level consists of kitchen, dining, lounge, toilet, laundry and covered vehandah overlooking the shared pool. The dining and lounge areas are ideal for unwinding at the end of your active day. There is a flat screen SmartTV with Netflix and YouTube, unlimited wifi, games and books (for all ages) for you to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. To welcome you on arrival there is breakfast, locally roasted coffee and some local goodies.

Stairs lead to the upper level to the 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The master bedroom with comfortable Queen Bed has beautiful blue ocean views and an undercover balcony. Early morning moments can be spent in the deck chair watching the sun rise and listening to the local bird life.

The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and single trundle bed (that is pulled out from under the double bed if required).

Both bedrooms have fans for those hot summer nights. The townhouse faces east and gets beautiful sea breezes. Each bedroom has access to the upstairs bathroom.

Sleep in luxurious hotel grade cotton sheets and a selection of medium/firm quality pillows. After an active day at the beach, shower and dry off with soft fluffy cotton towels.

Help yourself to the beach umbrella, beach towels, boogie boards and beach toys.

Check yourself in with the lock box.

On site off street parking (carport) is available for a single car. Off street parking available for additional cars.

GETTING AROUND:

Convenient bus stop less than a 2 minute walk from the townhouse. Free local buses over Easter Holidays and Christmas Holidays from mid December to end January. Bus runs every 30 minutes.

Sunshine Beach Village in 2 minutes (great eateries and a couple of funky bars)
Hastings Street at Noosa Heads in 8 minutes
Noosa Main Beach in 8 minutes
Noosa National Park in 12 minutes (beautiful walk where you can spot koalas, whales, dolphins, goannas etc)
Noosa National Park in 6 minutes (Seaview Terrace, Sunshine Beach)
Shopping village of Noosa Junction in 6 minutes (supermarket, chemist, bakery and everything you will need)
Beautiful Noosa River in 10 minutes (perfect for sunsets and fish n chips). Try Red Emperor for great fish n chips.
Eumundi Markets in 22 minutes (open Wed & Sat)
Peregian Markets in 9 minutes (every 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month)
Peregian Originals in 9 minutes (every 2nd Sunday of each month from 12 -5pm) - live original music held in the park

Sunshine Coast Airport is 30 minutes away, Brisbane airport 1.5 hours (depending on traffic).
