Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a rush fee of $55, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.
