Security deposit:
It is set at $2,000 to deter riffraff. This amount is held by VRBO and untouched unless there is a claim of stolen or damaged property. This amount is not adjusted for first time guest, but can be for returning guests.
Subleasing/ extending/ unexpected changes:
The person making the booking MUST be present in the home for the ENTIRE stay. If that person leaves, everyone leaves. We do not allow subleasing, or handing off the remainder of the booking to any other person.
