Description
Count 'em: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 steps from your front door and it's click, click, tuck. That's ski-in/ski-out in its purest form. After a cold day on the slopes, warm up in front of the wood-burning fireplace. It’s a big enough vacation home to invite another family. Rent #37 and invite a third! Together, Pinnacle Ridge #37 and #38 sleep 18 in bedrooms or 22 if you include the dens and loft.

Located at 4700 Glacier Drive, the Pinnacle Ridge complex is slope side Blackcomb Mountain. It is a 5-minute walk the Upper Village (base of Blackcomb) and a 10-minute walk to the Main Village (base of Whistler).
Ski Access
5 steps. Click in and take the Yellow Brick Road Run, a gentle slope to the base of Blackcomb and its new gondola or the Magic Chair, a beginner’s favorite. To ski back, take the Yellow Brick Road and cut left just at Magic Chair Tower #7 and you’re there!

Things to Know
Ski access will depend on snow cover but most years you can ski in/out from December to April.
If you are walking it is best to walk down the side of the Yellow Brick Road ski run. Glacier Drive is a winding road with no sidewalk and not recommended for pedestrians.

Summary: Excellent location, right beside the ski run - easy ski-in, ski-out accessGreat garage space for storing skis, poles, boots and jackets - bench to use for putting ski boots on - drying rack for ski bootsGreat space for a large familyExcellent kitchen - lots of room to prepare meals and was well-stockedComfortable beds (except for the bunk beds)Parking availability for 2 cars at the property, one in the garage (if desired) and one in the driveway but guest parking also available which was easy to accessOnly drawback was difficulty walking to the village so we had to drive - no sidewalk and shoulder is difficult because it is a winding road and dark at night - walking up the run was steep and not lit at night.Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the property for extended families as it sleeps 14.
