Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
This is a Premium unit. Come relax on the spacious 8th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access and marble countertop in the master bath! A Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Queen beds in the 3rd bedroom. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, and new cabinetry. Tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in the fabulous kitchen. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!

Summary: First time staying at Phoenix X. Have stayed previously with Phoenix VI and had a great time. Properties were almost identical including all of the amenities and access to the beach. Unit itself was fine. Could use a bit of updating/cleaning of the couches, rugs etc. but that did not negatively affect our stay. Cannot beat the location and the access to the beach. Views are amazing and it's close to everything Orange beach has to offer.
