**PLEASE READ-The Beach Restoration Project is set to begin in September. This critical restoration project will restore the damage that our area sustained during Hurricane Nate and Hurricane Sally. This project will not affect properties on Fort Morgan.
When the dredging begins, work will start on West Beach in Gulf Shores and work towards the east into Orange Beach. During dredging, the beach in front of your unit may be closed due to equipment for an unspecified amount of days. Unfortunately, we will not have a specific schedule of when the equipment will move along the beach.

When you enter this condo, you'll find 1420sq ft of inviting, upgraded space to serve as a home base for your next beach vacation! The living area offers ample space for lounging around before or after a day spent at the beach and provides a cozy couch with pull out sleeper and a flat screen TV. The open floor plan of the living, dining and kitchen area allows you and your travel companions to move around freely without feeling cramped! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need for creating delicious meals and snacks and features all new cookware! Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are provided. Outside of the new glass sliding doors, you'll find a large balcony perfect for enjoying a few drinks or chatting over an evening dinner while you overlook the beautiful beach below.
The master bedroom has a comfortable king bed for you to retire to after a long day of soaking up the sun and has a private master bathroom. On the other side of the living area, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a plush queen bed and the other with two queen beds. The guest bathroom features another tub/shower combo for your guests to rinse off the salt and sand from the beach at the end of the day. All bedrooms and the living room feature large Smart TV's with your favorite streaming apps!
The Phoenix VI complex has a variety of amenities to enjoy during your stay including indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor hot tub, and sauna room. When you're ready to head to the beach, head down the private boardwalk and on your way back in stop by the outdoor shower area to rinse the sand off. There's also a BBQ area, kiddie pool for the kids to enjoy, tennis court, and indoor racquetball court.

Whether you are looking to relax or seek adventure on your vacation, location is everything and this location allows you to create any kind of experience you would like! Along Perdido Beach Boulevard, numerous dining destinations are available, as well as souvenir shops, clothing boutiques, and family-friendly entertainment. When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.
You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information.
* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold at the Phoenix VI front desk until 5pm and must be purchased upon arrival. If arriving after hours, please proceed to the Phoenix VII front desk to purchase your parking passes. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
