The Cottages #9 is pet-friendly and sleeps 6 with golf course views! This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa has been recently updated with fresh paint, new furniture, upgraded closets, carpet, and flooring. Located in a quiet subdivision of Shipyard Plantation, guests are within a 10-minute bike ride or a 5-minute drive to the beach. Guests are provided 1 parking pass for ease of mind when driving to the beach!
The first level of this villa is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are just to the left of the main entrance with stainless steel appliances, ice maker, a Keurig coffee maker, and new dishes. Just off the dining room, guests can utilize the washer and dryer with additional storage space, and the half bathroom. The living room features a new queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, and patio access! The patio is the perfect space for guests to relax with outdoor seating and an electric grill! This area offers a golf course and lagoon view with a vast amount of wildlife. The front porch offers additional seating and is perfect for morning coffee.
The second level of this villa features 2-bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is located on the left with a king-sized bed, TV, golf course views, and an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom features a tiled shower/tub combo. Just across the hall, bedroom 2 also has a king-sized bed with an upgraded closet system for added storage, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The upgrades throughout the villa make this the perfect stay for families and golf lovers. You can't beat the location and convenience of the included beach parking pass. The Shipyard private beach access has outdoor showers, restrooms, and bicycle racks! Guests may also utilize the bicycle racks and lock up their bikes at the villa. Shipyard is also home to the Van Der Meer Tennis Center where you can book courts and lessons, or the Cordillo Tennis Courts are public and just outside the Pope Avenue gate! You can even bring your furry friend as this property is dog-friendly! (Please inquire about your pet at the time of booking) Shipyard Plantation offers 3, 9-hole golf courses, miles of biking trails, and is a short drive to Coligny Plaza where guests can find local restaurants, shopping, and more!
Shipyard offers a seasonal shuttle service (May 24 – September 5) from your neighborhood to the Shipyard Beach Club! The shuttle is an additional cost of $10 for 4 wristbands or $15 for 6 wristbands. It is a convenient way to make getting to and from the beach easy! More information on how to purchase wristbands will be provided 30 days or less, prior to check in!
