Welcome to The Residences Lighthouse Cove Penthouse! This gorgeous PET-FRIENDLY (breed restrictions apply) condo offers 2 BR, 2BA, sleeping 6 comfortably. This kitchen will please any chef with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an extra-large sink. Beautiful tile in the main living area w/ gas fireplace, gorgeous ocean views, large smart flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa available for additional sleeping, kitchen table, and additional seating at the breakfast island. Luxurious master bedroom w/ king-sized bed, oversized private en-suite w/ custom tile work, and double vanity. This master bath is bigger than any of the other 2 bedroom units! Your second bedroom offers single bunk beds & a trundle bed, and access to the hall full bathroom. The bunk room has a huge closet for extra storage!
Access to the plaza-Indoor and outdoor pools are available to our guests (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day), a new community gym on-premise, and two assigned garage parking spots. Garage restrictions- max height 6'6, no oversized vehicles permitted, all roof racks must be removed before entering the garage. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach on Dickinson St. Just park and walk all week! Grab the Jolly Trolley for a great day downtown Rehoboth Beach.
