Cozy, cheerful and clean, is the best way to describe Flossie's Bed and Breakfast. The cottage with its original hardwood floors has a king, a queen, and two twin beds, with a large living room for the adults and an enclosed sun room for the children to enjoy. The kitchen offers a bright nook for your eating enjoyment. A covered back porch, plus a covered patio overlooks a beautiful yard containing towering pecan trees. On the same property are two stacked 600 square feet apartments ("Above and Below") complete with queen bedrooms, full kitchens and comfortable living rooms. The apartments have the original 1940's bathtubs, kitchen sinks, wood cabinets, and hardwood floors. The "Above" apartment has a dozen steps on the outside of the building and offers its guests a lofty view of the property. Bridal parties, sister's reunions, baby showers and many more groups have utilized the spacious property. Exploring is only a few steps away with the downtown square one block West, and the river two blocks North. Check out the many points of interest and great restaurants near Flossie's. The corner has been utilized for wedding parties, sister reunions, baby showers, and class reunions. The Llano river is two blocks north from the property and its only one block to the square which offers boutiques, a coffee shop, bars, movie theatre, and a pizza place perfect for a walk about town.
