Osa Property Management’s Concierge and Vacation Planner team will contact you after you have made your reservation. We will assist with making any necessary transportation arrangements from Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO), or the local regional airport in Quepos, to property in Manuel Antonio. We will also arrange all excursions/activities/tours with reputable companies in the area, provide a link for grocery delivery, and make reservations at any restaurant. Our goal is to make your trip to Costa Rica enjoyable and as relaxing as you want it to be.
Uvita is one of the Central Pacific's best kept secrets. The beaches are beautiful, the hills are lush, wildlife is abundant and its the perfect place to surf, horseback ride or just relax. Uvita has great restaurants (coffee shops, microbrewery, local, fine dining), grocery stores, banks and pharmacies. If you are looking for a beautiful beach destination that is far less developed than Manuel Antonio, Uvita is a fantastic alternative.
Guests are a short walk away to the beach!
Uvita also makes a great base for exploring Dominical (12 miles North) which is a fun, funky hippie and counterculturist enclave with great shops, dining, live music, candlelight yoga, spas, bars and beach. The tiny town of Ojochal is 9 miles to the South and is known as one of the best foodie town in Costa Rica. Ojochal also offers easy access to Playa Ventanas, a small and beautiful beach famous for its sea caves.
Ojochal also has several pickleball courts and tennis courts available for rent if you are interested in playing while visiting.
For those who enjoy golfing, the southern pacific’s only golf course, Osa Golf Course, is an easy 15 minute drive south, located in San Buenas.
Guests will be given an access code for the main security gate and a different code for the door of the condo, approximately 48 hours prior to arrival.

Home is easily accessible by any kind of vehicle. Uvita does not have UBER and private taxis are not always available.

Casa Ballena easily sleeps up to 10 people via a king bed in the master bedroom, two double bunk beds in the second bedroom, and a queen bed in the third bedroom. There is also one twin inflatable mattress to accommodate an extra guest if needed. Casa Ballena has an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom and a full bath and a half bath in the common area. A mid-stay housekeeping refresh is included for stays of 5 nights or longer.
