• Late check-in after midnight: $100 fee
• Late checkout: $50 per hour (housekeeping is pre-arranged, and these fees go directly to the cleaning staff)
• Lost key or garage opener device: $300 replacement fee
• Any violation of these rules will result in a $1,000 fine and may lead to cancellation of your reservation without refund.

Summary: Loved the location in Hollywood within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and sights. The place itself is in a beautiful and safe building. There were many amenities provided and the decor was beautiful! In unit Laundry was not accessible unfortunately and had to provide late check in fee even though the listing did not state this. However, Would definitely recommend this stay!
