This Spacious beachfront condo is in a 2nd high floor, which is high enough to give you privacy but close enough to be able to enjoying the view of the palm trees, pools, beach and Cruises going by. It has a wonderful view of the North and South Banderas Bay, as well as a view of the Mountains surrounding Puerto Vallarta. Master Bedroom with a King Size bed and Bathroom with marble and granite finishing, a separate jacuzzi tub and shower. Double sinks. Bedroom 2 twin beds and a twin size trundle, overlooking the wonderful view of the Sierra Madre Mountains. Bathroom comes in marble and granite finishings. Den / Family Room has a sofa bed with a double size mattress. View to the Ocean. Adjoining full bathroom. Spacious Living Room with Queen Size Sofa Bed. Fully equipped Kitchen with microwave, brand new toaster oven, blender, coffee maker, electric stove top, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and granite countertop overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Dining room for 8 people. This condo has a comfortable living room plus a recamier (Lounge), and in the terrace you can enjoy just lying down on our lounges and watching the cruises and boats go by. We also have a big table for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 stools at the kitchen bar. It is furnished just for us, with everything that you need in your normal kitchen. Concierge on call for anything you need. Cleaning service provided before you arrive and after you leave. Any additional days available upon request and with an extra fee. Península has an excellent location plus the buildings are State of the Art. This is a spacious apartment that has an inviting feeling of a 'Home'. You have views both to the North and the South of the Bay as well as the mountains. It does not get better than this. We have Cleaning ladies that can also help you out with preparing breakfast for you and bring some of your basic groceries. Let yourself be pampered and relax your time with us.
