Santorini Homestay located at Summerton Condominium is a fully furnish with Greece Santorini renovation design. Santorini homestay unit has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed which can accommodate up to 6 guests at a time. Each bedroom and living room is equip with air-con and fan. Guest can enjoy this condominium facilities anytime. The Condominium ground floor have variety of F&B, seafood restaurants clinic and amenities are at the ground floor. Basically there are 7/11, happy mart, Thai cuisine, western restaurant, Library, Coffee Smith, Gold Choice ( cafe), Beer Factory O2 Clinic. So much convenience. Queensbay Mall is about 5 mins walk. While walking towards the mall, there are shops and amenities on both side of the road. Located at the South West of the Island, out of the more congested North East region. Public buses and cab/taxi stop at Queensbay Mall. You can also take a bus to KL international airport via Aeroline buses. 2 car park provided (Extra car may need to park at the car park downstairs on own expenses) Guest Access Condo Facility 1) Swimming pool 2) Sauna 3) Gymnasium 4) Children Playground 5) 24 hours security We provide the following for our guests during their stay: 1. Shampoo 2. Bath Gel 3. Toilet Paper 4. Plates and Cups 5. Electric Kettle 6. Fridge 7. TV with DVD Player 8. Microwave Oven 9. free Wifi We require a booking deposit amounting to 50% from total rental to hold your reservation. We shall collect the balance of total rental upon check-in and by cash only together with the security deposit. Rescheduling/Cancellation/No Show Policy: a. Once a reservation is confirmed, booking deposit is non-refundable for cancellation. We will collect a security deposit of RM500 upon check in. This is fully refundable during check out if there are no damages, lots or massive dirt. Standard check in time after 2pm and check out time before 12pm. A levy is chargeable for early check-in from 0800 to 1200 hours and late check-out from 1300 to 1800 hours at RM25/hour RM30 will be charged on each extra single mattress. For guests that stay for more than a month, we will provide free housekeeping service every 7 days of stay. 2 Pair of keys and access card will be provided (Returned during check out, lost of card and key a RM100 penalty fee will be charge for each card.) On arrival you will find your property clean and tidy, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we offer our cleaning services for an additional cost of RM85 each time. We treat our guests as VIP. We hope to develope friendship after every encounter with our guests. We courteously seeking our guests cooperation to take care of the faciltity provided. We expect our guests not to under declare the number of pack staying in the house.
