Summary: We had a great experience at the pelican beach! Our balcony over looked the gulf and you could see dolphins swim by at least 2 times a day! To respond to reviews that almost didnt make me pick this condo, yes its a bit dated but how often are you really in the condo when there are 3 pools, beach, and countless activities in the area! The garbage chute accross the hall can be a bit loud but we had a sound machine and could hardly hear it! Overall would recommend this condo. We also booked some of the free experiences that came with staying here which included golf and a sunset dolphin cruise!
