This quietly located, modernly equipped finca near Santanyi leaves nothing to be desired. Here you can relax surrounded by nature and quickly reach the beautiful bays of the south-east coast.
First floor:
The spacious, light-flooded living and dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows offers a wonderful view of the garden and pool area. Directly adjacent is the modern, fully equipped kitchenette. There are three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (150 cm x 200 cm and 180 cm x 200 cm), adjoining a bathroom with shower. A third bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) has an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the terrace, which leads to the covered outdoor area with a large dining area. The terrace leads to the garage and another bathroom with shower.
Next to the entrance area is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Second floor:
The upper floor is furnished in an open maisonette style, there is a sleeping area with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a small office corner. The room has access to a balcony from which you have a beautiful view as far as the islands of Cabrera and the village of Santanyi.
The whole house is modern and stylishly furnished. There is air conditioning and underfloor heating in all rooms.
Outdoor area:
The covered terrace is equipped with a lounge area, a barbecue area and a large dining table for 8 people. There is an orchard at the rear of the 17,000 m² property.

5 m x 12 m, depth: 120 cm - 190 cm, saltwater pool with step entry, outdoor shower by the pool
Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out by 10 am. On the day of arrival, luggage can be deposited from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 5 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. A surcharge applies for bookings of less than the minimum stay.
Additional costs:
