Pawtopia is a luxury single level waterfront beach house located conveniently close to Sydney. It features a large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining, overlooking a large deck, a grassy backyard and lagoon.
The home has easy access to Umina ocean beach with your choice to walk 100 metres along a level footpath, or paddle to the beach from the backyard!. The adjacent broad sandy and shallow beachfront (called Kiddies Corner by locals) is a haven for children and dogs alike. The beach is 24-hour off-leash. A row-boat, canoe, kayaks, surf ski and surf boards are all available for guest use. Patrolled surf beaches are only a short walk away, along the beach front.
This spacious home has four BRs, with 3 BRs including new QBs (one is the master bedroom including WIR and ensuite) and the fourth with two SBs. Bookings are limited to families of up to 6 persons with the potential for two additional persons (upon request). The number of bedrooms and second living area make the house suitable for multi-generation family holidays.
The home has unlimited broadband and Foxtel to both the living and media rooms. The media room provides a perfect separate kid's zone with separate TV and games console, with a large selection of Nintendo Wii and board games.
The design of the home brings the outside in, with an outlook to a lagoon and palm trees that immediately transports you to a tropical island. Throw open the doors, sit on the deck, relax and listen to the surf.
Pawtopia is pet friendly and welcomes well trained dogs inside, but noting that the property is unfenced at the rear, with direct water access. Canine guests truly may never want to leave but we do ask that they are not allowed on beds or furniture.
Pawtopia offers a unique, unforgettable family or pet-orientated beach-side holiday or short-break. The home is perfectly situated to instantly transport you far from city stresses, but is just over an hour from Sydney. Express train accessibility from the CBD to nearby Woy Woy station allows for stragglers to join the de-stress program with a minimum of fuss. Note that linen, including bath towels is provided (beds are made prior to your arrival if at all possible) - so there is no need to carry loads of washing home. Guests are not expected to clean the house when leaving, a tidy up is all that is requested.
