The Park Suite at Gadd Spring Inn is in the 100-year-old Gadd family home at 104 N. Main
Street. The Inn is a block away from Historic Spring Street, its shops, and restaurants. Guests
staying in the Park Suite has a private entrance and off-street parking.
The Suite is a one-bedroom with a king bed, and ensuite, and has an entry nook with a coffee maker,
microwave, and refrigerator. This unit includes Wi-Fi and Roku TV. A new deck addition overlooks a
city park and the activities of Main street where you can relax before your next
adventure into town. There’s a trolley stop in front of the home for venturing beyond the
downtown area. No need to deal with parking. While the Park Suite is great for 2 people, the
Gadd Spring Inn has additional lodging where friends and family can stay at the same time. The
Garden Suite, located on the upper level of the home, is designed for 2 guests, with off-street
parking, a king bed, ensuite, with the addition of a full modern kitchen, living room, wi-fi and
Roku TV. While both have private entrances, there is an adjoining hallway inside providing

Future plans include an additional Main Street Suite and the opening of the Grotto area were
a natural spring is located inside the Inn. Gadd Spring is one of the historically documented

Grotto will serve as a common area for our guests.
