We welcome seasoned primary bookers/travelers aged 25 and over and their young families in this truly amazing family home! Groups largely consisting of those close to or under 25 or living in the local area are not able to rent this home.
This family friendly single story 4 bedroom, 3 bath home boasts an open concept kitchen, two King master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, South facing pool/spa (hot tub), games room and more!

CHILD FRIENDLY
There is a pack & play (travel cot), high chair, stroller, and children's dinnerware. There are also children's toys, a bike and an activity center!
GAMES ROOM
The Games Room has a ceiling fan and includes a dart board, ping pong table, and foosball table! There is also a Pop-A-Shot Basketball Game!
* There is a light weight travel wheelchair supplied.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAS
As you walk into the home, you will first notice the wide open concept. The large kitchen with serving bar and seating for 3 is perfect for entertaining and easy serving for children or guests. There is additional seating at the dining table in the kitchen for 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for preparing a quick snack or family meals.
LAUNDRY AREA
Other features include a full size washer (with 2 sachets of laundry detergent) and dryer, iron and ironing board (located in the garage).
LIVING ROOM
There is a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and an arm chair perfect for relaxing and watching the TV with views of the pool area.
POOL AREA
Popular by everyone is the outdoor area! The South facing pool is great for getting rays ALL day long, and the spa/Hot Tub is perfect for soothing nights after long days at the parks! There is a bar handle installed in both the pool and spa areas for ease of access. Enjoy outside dining with a table that seats 4 under the sheltered area complete with a ceiling fan. There are additional chairs and sun loungers too.
POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION
* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 12-15 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
POOL HEAT PRICING
* Pool heat is $35 per night including tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but for a minimum fee of $175.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.
For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options:
2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax
5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax
This includes a full propane tank
Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix - 1.5 miles, Aldi & Wal-mart - 3 miles)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

- Signed rental agreement
We reserve the right to require all adult guests to provide identification. All of these items must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice or refund.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
