Positive: for the price that we paid, it was not what i expected. i will start with the good stuff - it was clean and we had access to a pool, plus we were close to the local beach.
Negative: on the description it says high-speed internet but i could not connect at all and had to use my phone's data to work. we had a coffee machine which was nice but with only 3 coffee capsules for 2 adults, coming for 2 days (at least add a fourth capsule, they barely cost 1 bgn). the space is small, it says studio flat in the description but it is just a room of around 16 square meters + a tiny adjacent bathroom (the door of the shower cabin was broken and replaced by a curtain) and toilet. also, getting to the property took a while - i got a message on booking.com that i should call 2 numbers at least an hour before arrival. i did. a man picked up on the first one saying i should call a third number, thanks, especially great when you are driving. then i called the third number, they did not pick up. i only got an answer after i messaged on viber. upon picking up of the keys i was asked to pay to the local property manager by card (although i used my card to book that property) so that cost me another 10 minutes in checking whether my card has been charged by booking.com or not. then i finally get the keys and ask whether there is a parking spot available and the property manager advised me to park on the nearby street with a clear sign that says parking there is forbidden :d good that i didn not follow that advice and found a parking lot at the end of the street - 1 han krum street if you need it. funnily, that is the property address too on booking.com, however the studio is located at 44 han krum street, bear in mind if you have to drag heavy luggage on the street in the heat. and another thing, the property is on the ground floor, just by the pool, something that i wish was part of the description because had i known that, i would not have booked to stay there.
Summary: not the worst but not worth the price
