The interior of the home is a boho dream! You'll find lots of natural elements that play off the beauty of the islands. The primary bedroom has its own bathroom ensuite. The washer/dryer is in a room between the primary bedroom and the ensuite bathroom. The two other bedrooms down the hallway share a bathroom. You will have to climb a small set of stairs to access the condo. In addition to the in-unit washer/dryer, there is a coin-operated laundromat onsite if you prefer to do more than one load of laundry at a time. The communal pool is located near the entrance of the condos and has plenty of shaded seating.
Please note, there is only AC in the living room. However, given the incredible breezes and cooler temperatures from being located at a bird's eye view, you rarely need to use it. There are fans in each bedroom to help with air circulation. But if you're looking at booking in the summertime, it can be a bit warmer, even on the northside. You are also located in a residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors by keeping noise outside at a conversation volume and the music to a minimum. You have access to one complimentary parking spot at the base of the stairs to the condo. Please ensure you're not blocking the dumpster.
Cloud View is located at one of the highest points on St. Thomas. Given that fact, we highly recommend you rent a car for your stay. It can put a damper on the fun to constantly wait on a taxi to pick you up and drop you off. Also, the cost adds up quickly. Once you book, our complimentary concierge can recommend rental car companies for you. You should also enjoy being off the beaten path. While you're only 10 minutes from Hull Bay beach and 15 minutes from Havensite, you may find yourself gasping at the curves and hills you'll be going up and down to get there. However, having a car will give you freedom to explore St. Thomas on your own terms and will usually be cheaper than taking a taxi everywhere.
