Refurbished in 2020 this lovely apartment is inside one of the historic warehouse buildings on the water’s edge. It has a spacious open plan living space, with curtains to pull across for guests staying on the sofa bed to provide privacy. From the living room you have the stunning view across Poole Harbour, which is the second largest natural harbour in the world and is a popular holiday destination all year round.
The property is close to a number of pubs and restaurants that are dotted along the waterside. Poole town centre is only a short walk away where you can enjoy some shopping on the high street or go to the Dolphin Centre which has further shops and a selection of cafés.
Sandbanks beach is a short drive away, well known for its beautiful golden sands and clear waters as well as its amazing homes. There are a lot of things to do nearby, offering entertainment for everyone. You can get the ferry from Poole to Studland to visit Swanage with its steam train that goes to Corfe Castle. Corfe is a pretty village with the ruins of a thousand year old castle. You can get a boat across to Brown Sea Island, a National Trust Site, which sits in the middle of Poole Harbour with dramatic views of the Purbeck Hills. There is Brown Sea island which is home to over 200 rare red squirrels.
