Located in Compass Point in the private gated community of Litchfield by the Sea, this home offers a wonderful and quiet location all while within walking distance to the beach. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open kitchen with dining and living area, and screened in porch.
On the first floor, guest will find one bedroom with a double and 2 twins as well as a full bath. In addition to the bedroom, there is a half bath, full size washer and dryer, and plenty of space to relax after a day on the golf course or at the beach.
The second floor of the home features two full baths and three bedrooms. The first bedroom features a king size bed, flat screen TV and private balcony. The second bedroom is perfect for kids with a twin bed and a day bed. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a twin with flat screen TV. This home will surely become a family favorite. Golfers welcome!

Summary: It was a great beach house. We enjoyed family time in the porch, the short walk to the beach, and the pool. I would suggest better directions for the pool as we had to call for directions and then had to ask for directions when we arrived on site.
