This newly remodeled single-level house with a modern aesthetic is conveniently located in Redmond, walk to Microsoft, close to trails, parks, and shopping malls. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, and a dedicated office space, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your stay. Enjoy a clean and comfortable retreat, with easy access to the vibrant cities of Bellevue and Kirkland, making it an ideal home base for your adventures.
The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is around 1530 sq ft. It is a one level home with all rooms & space on the ground floor, and just one small step to entry. The floor plan is compact but cozy: living room, kitchen, dining, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom & King bed, two other bedrooms (with queen beds) share a hallway bath. There is a dedicated office that can be turned into an additional bedroom if need to (the room has an air mattress and closet).

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking. One date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
• Any stay longer than 30 days requires additional tenant screening, lease signing and security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• Please note that garage is not part of the rental and is kept as storage. You are welcome to park on the driveway, or along the street in front of the home. The red car you see in the photo belongs to the owner and it will be park there at all times.
• Fireplace in the living room is not functional and is not advertised to be part of the rental.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets (dogs only) are welcome at $50 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet and how many. Pet fee is not included in the VRBO total and is processed after reservation is confirmed.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but only limited to dogs. Kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.
