Positive: The location of this hotel is absolutely perfect ... away from any traffic noises, (only the sound of the surf rolling in all night - how rare is that !?) And the private balcony high above the town and beach made mornings feel like waking up in an eagle's nest. The bedrooms were perfectly adequate and refreshingly not of a sterile, soul-less Holiday Inn sameness. The ONLY drawback was the breakfast - definitely to be avoided as it is just the standard cold processed meat, processed cheese slices, bread, (no toast), coffee that in only brewed 'once' for the early risers, then let go stone cold in a thermos flask for everyone else. But there is a superb place for breakfast right on the beach, just opposite the Captain's Corner coffee bar. That way, you get a great breakfast PLUS the perfection of living with a world class balcony view, and being able to fall asleep to the sound of surf and the smell of fresh sea air. A truly unbeatable place to stay in Agios Nikitas.

Negative: Breakfast was just too sadly inadequate for words.

Summary: Probably the very best place to stay in a lovely town.
