Positive: The location is very convenient, within walking distance of the beach and promenade and also close to Nice Ville station with good connections across the French Riviera.

Negative: The apartment is not very suitable for four people, despite having two rooms. The beds are quite small (140 cm), and two adults may find them uncomfortable to share. For two people, however, the apartment is perfectly fine.
