This immaculate home provides stunning coastal and rural views from the front and the rear of the home and is an easy stroll to Port Elliot's cafes, restaurants, shops and Horseshoe Bay. Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area upstairs with sea views towards Victor Harbor from the living room, sea views towards Middleton from the rear balcony and rural views from the kitchen and dining areas. Fully fenced large rear yard. Please note: a $500 bond applies to all bookings. Features include: * Upstairs open plan living with flat screen TV, dining and separate kitchen area with sea and rural views * 3 bedrooms - master upstairs with a double size bed and sea views, second bedroom upstairs with 2 single beds and a third bedroom downstairs with a double bed * Second living/entrance area downstairs * Kitchenette nook with a sink and kettle * Bathroom upstairs with a bath, shower and vanity with a separate w/c * Bathroom downstairs with a shower, vanity and w/c * Laundry with top load washing machine * Rear balcony with an outdoor setting that seats 2 people * Webber BBQ * Off street parking with double garage * Fully fenced rear yard * Strictly no pets This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday. Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
