Also on this level, you’ll find a cozy bedroom with patio access and a full bathroom for added convenience.
Upstairs, the master suite provides a private retreat with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the river—ideal for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a quiet moment. The second floor also includes a third bedroom, thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages with two built-in twin bunk beds and an additional king bed. A full bathroom and a laundry area are also located on this floor for your convenience.
The outdoor living spaces are truly exceptional. Step out onto the multi-level patio to find plenty of seating options for entertaining or simply soaking in the natural beauty of the river. The firepit adds a cozy touch, perfect for roasting marshmallows or enjoying an evening under the stars.

Parking:
We grant access to park one car in a pre-assigned spot. If you have more than one car, please let us know so we can make arrangements. Please be mindful of neighbors and do not block any driveways.

House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the many downtown bars, where live music is always playing.
On the Rocks has a two pet maximum with a 75lb maximum weight per dog. There is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit that is required when you are bringing your fur friend along. Please make sure that your pet(s) are leashed while you are out and about Heritage Harbor. Also, your pet must be caged if you decide to leave it unattended. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking these rules.
We kindly remind our guests of our "no smoking" policy to maintain the highest quality and cleanliness of our properties. Non-compliance with this policy will result in a $500 fine.
