The main house "Ollies View" Sleeps 6 and the smaller cottage "Sassy Dream" is for couples. Both can be rented together sleeping 8. This listing and pricing is based on renting the main house only for 6 people. Both properties are private from each other with separate driveways and entrances. The house has three bedrooms one with a king bed, the second room has a queen bed and the third room has two king singles. The house has recently undergone a complete renovation with a brand new ensuite attached to the master and a complete new kitchen. The lounge area is a beautiful open space with high cathedral ceilings and a beautiful warm open fireplace. A large deck wraps around the property so you can enjoy the stunning ocean views whilst relaxing in the sun. The whole property is surrounded by expansive lawns and gardens overlooking the ocean. This property is ideal for large groups or families wanting to get together and unwind. The property is private and away from the hustle and bustle while only being an 11 minute drive to the beach and the township of Apollo Bay. Another stunning town which is only a 20 minute drive from the property is Forrest, the mountain bike riding mecca From Melbourne to "Ollies View" is only a 2hr 20min drive. Guests and/or their Visitors are not permitted to enter the dam under any circumstances and swimming, fishing and/or any other activity in the dam are strictly prohibited. Guests acknowledge and agree that we will not be responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of a breach of this condition. Guests and/or their Visitors will not be entitled to claim or recover damages from us because of a breach of this condition. All liability to all Guests and/or their Visitors in negligence arising out of a breach of this of this condition is excluded. Guests must control and be responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these terms and conditions. BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 24 hours of your arrival and held until 3 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
