Positive: The receptionist lady was very very friendly, respectful, patient and helpful! The heaters worked very fast and it had a nice view

Negative: Oh boy. - My first room had no hot water, i needed a new room - the bathrooms are dirty - 9 floors but no working elevator - everything smelled like old carpets (one day I woke up to the sound of the cleaning person emptying a whole bottle of air freshener spray in the hallway to cover the smell) - The cleaning person one day just came into my room without knocking first. I was just in the middle of dressing......

Summary: For the price it's pretty okay, you'll survive, but there are definetly better places
