Perfect for business or pleasure in a great location close to the 101 freeway for quick access to anywhere in the valley and just minutes to Giant's Spring Training, Golf, Camelback’s hiking and biking trails, Fashion Square Mall & Old Town Scottsdale's Shopping, Dining, Galleries, Nightlife. Come enjoy our updated Old Town Scottsdale single story home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bath and private backyard oasis with a heated pool (pool heat fee below), turf area for playing games, beautiful murals, covered patio with outdoor 42” Smart TV, BBQ grill, plus outdoor built in firepit (wood not provided), seating and dining! It really doesn't get any better than this.
There is a $40.00 per night pool heat fee that is automatically applied to each booking from October 1st through April 30th. Pool will not be heated any other month. Pool heat is automatically heated. We cannot guarantee any exact temperature or guarantee the pool will be at your ideal temperature in the coldest months.

The living room is just as you walk in the house where you can make yourself right at home. Curl up and read a book on the sectional sofa or watch your favorite tv shows on the 55” Smart TV with Hulu live. We know just how important it is to prepare your meals during your stay so you can enjoy the equipped kitchen that features a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils and traditional coffee maker. There is seating for 6 at the kitchen table plus outdoor dining on those beautiful cooler evenings.
The master bedroom features a Queen size bed, 43“ Smart TV w/ Hulu Live, direct access to the bathroom that features double sinks, walk in shower and a separate tub. You also have direct access to the backyard from the master bedroom. The first guest bedroom has a Queen size bed with 43” TV with Hulu Live. The second guest bedroom has a Qing size bed and a 42” Smart TV with Hulu Live and the third guest bedroom has one twin size bed as well as a full size bed. The guest bathroom features a single sink and walk in shower and there is direct access from the second bedroom as well as from the hall. For your convenience this home has a full size washer and dryer. Make this your next getaway and come see all that Scottsdale has to offer!
Linens and towels provided. We also provide a few items to get you started of hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo and conditioner.
