The condo features two queen beds, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV, and a private bathroom, this beachfront condo ensures a comfortable stay. The condo is conveniently located within steps of Ocean Annies, where you can experience live music by the beach and a fantastic atmosphere. You're also just a short drive away from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and many other popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping destinations. FREE WIFI!
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- This unit won't have access to the fitness center.
- All guests are required to pay a resort fee at the front desk upon check-in. The fee is $30 per day for the entire length of your stay and applies to all guests, regardless of whether you have a vehicle or not.
- Privately owned units/guests are not allowed to use luggage carts. This unit won't have access to the fitness center.
HOA's new rules will be implemented prior to February 15, 2025.
- Verification will be handled by Big Fish Rentals and Sands Ocean Club Front Desk. Guests must submit the requested details to Big Fish Rentals and present a valid driver’s license matching the reservation at the Front Desk for check-in.

Summary: I love that it's on the second floor overlooking the pool and the bar area. We had no issues with noise from downstairs. It's great to have a bar, a restaurant and an ocean all in one setting. There was a delay at check-in, though it was easily cleared up by a text. The second time we've been able to stay in this room. Even with four people it didn't feel like we were tripping over each other. We absolutely plan on renting this one again.
