Sitting less than a block from Center Street, you are sure to be within walking distance of all the live music, food, and shopping your heart could desire and still enjoy your own boardwalk to the sand and outdoor shower when you return. The building was recently renovated to feature new decking and upgraded A/C units.
This unit comes with 1 designated parking spot and a shared laundry room. The kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. You will find a king-size bed in the bedroom and if you need to accommodate children or guests, the sofa pulls out into a queen-size sleeper. The property is equipped with 5G high-speed internet. The renovated bathroom has luxury features including a new shower panel with 6 different settings and a Bluetooth exhaust fan that doubles as a speaker for your music. Please note the unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator and the balcony is non-private. Folly Beach Suites shares laundry and HVAC with the neighboring unit, a locked door leads to the adjoining laundry room. Please keep temperatures at recommended levels and remove clothes from the washer/dryer as soon as possible.
