When you enter on the 1st floor you will be greeted by 2 guest bedrooms, 2 baths and the laundry area. The first bedroom has 2 full size beds and access to a full bath in the hallway.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed, en suite full bath and and private patio with views of the sand dunes and coastal vegetation. Head up to the second floor and let the views "wow" you from the living area and ocean front patio. You will also find the kitchen, a half bath, and dining on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is devoted to a large master bedroom suite with King size bed, private master bath, large walk-in closet and 3rd story deck of its own with a more elevated, panoramic view of the ocean.
There is also private driveway for ONE car (visitor parking is only 50 feet away) and there is No access to garage.
