On the upper level, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and 1/2 bathroom. The living room features a flat screen TV and a stone fireplace. Adjacent to the living room is dining space for 4 as well as additional seating at the kitchen island. Also attached to the living room is a spacious deck with plenty of comfortable seating and an outdoor BBQ . Enjoy your morning coffee while savoring the ocean breezes. or watch the sunset from the comfort of your own vacation space.
All of the bedrooms are on the lower level, where you will also find two patios that provide space for more outdoor dining , as well as access to the golf course and swimming pool. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, private bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed and a desk while the third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk, bookcase, and TV with a trundle bed. Downstairs, there is also another full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
There is a two car garage with a washer and dryer as well. It also comes with 4 beach chairs, two boogie boards, beach towels, beach umbrella and cooler for your beach enjoyment.
