Uniquely located within 2-minute walk to Club House, including pool, spa, restaurant/bar (seasonal), game room, fitness area, and more -- while far enough away from the commotion to enjoy a peaceful, quiet view of fountain pond and ocean waves from private balcony. Other on-resort community amenities lazy river, biking/walking trails, basketball court, and more.
A comfortable king-size master bedroom provides separate balcony access. The 2nd bedroom sleeps up to 4 with 2 bunk beds.
Recent renovations include kitchen and bathroom updates, as well as paint, furnishings, stainless appliances, and smart TVs and WiFi throughout the condo.
Guests are provided with access to ground-floor storage room with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and pull-wagons for getting everything to the beach or grassy play areas.

** Beach Club wristbands will be $25 per guest over 4-years-old for use of Beach Club, Sunset Pools, fitness center and game room. No wristbands are required to enjoy the beach. Wristband fee is charged by POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club every day during business hours. Pointe West Beach Club allows up to 6 wristbands for this condo.
* Guests must register at Beach Club for parking passes. Condo comes with 1 reserved/covered parking space, and additional unreserved parking spaces are available next to the Condo.
- Golf carts, kayaks, and paddleboards are available for rent from local island vendors.
- Major grocery stores are 20+ minutes away, and major Galveston attractions are 30 minutes away.

- Resort's elevators are sometimes unreliable, but our building elevator was just replaced in Jan 2024. This condo is located on 1st floor above ground floor parking area, but Pointe West may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
