The stylish interior presents an open-concept floor plan with two living areas and a full kitchen. Two living areas provide ample room to relax. Each room has a smart TV, while the main living area features a gas fireplace. Gather for meals in the dining area or at the kitchen island. You can also dine alfresco on the covered patio. A yard space offers room for lawn games. Nights can be spent gathered around the firepit roasting marshmallows and telling stories.

Things to Know
Renters gain access to the clubhouse using a homeowner clubhouse card. Any unreturned card will result in a $100 fee.
The 2024 fee for renter wristbands is $38 per person per week. Renter wristbands must be purchased and worn by all renters, age six years and above, while using our amenities, including the pools, clubhouse/fitness center, and sports courts. This policy applies from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.
The outdoor pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The indoor pool is not accessible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Summary: Overall a lovely home to stay at. There was one drawer in the kitchen that broke, was fixed and broke again while we were there. The fridge filter still isn’t replaced either. Great location. I wouldn’t bother with the shuttle on Sunday as the headache of trying to get on each time was a lot. We ended up having to send a family member back to just pick up the car and come pick us up at the beach. They also don’t inform you when picking up bands that courts can be reserved by homeowners on the app and they also get first seating on the shuttle (which is totally understandable). Despite those couple of things we would definitely stay again.
