Positive: The place was clean, and the view was just like they showed in the picture. The walk-in shower with the built-in shelves was nice and handy. For the three of us that stayed here it was comfortable and cozy, but the place couldn't really handle anymore that 4 guest.
Negative: Living room is very cluttered, bookcase should have been changed to have the TV set in giving more spaces, that way you wouldn't need the large furniture stand that it is sitting on. Other than the couch the other chairs were very low to the ground and very uncomfortable. Bedroom closets are cluttered and the one wasn't even usable. The bedrooms should have black out curtains. Seating at the counter has only 4 chairs to sit folks to eat. A small table with the bench seat would have been more helpful. The dishwasher isn't secured and tips out when the top rack is pulled out when full. The number of glasses and or utensils/kitchen ware made it that the dishwasher needed to be run daily even though it wasn't full. We weren't able to get pool towels at the front desk since it's an owner owned place.
Summary: We had a nice stay. The heated pools and hot tubs made it a nice place to relax.
