Approximately 90 minutes from Melbourne, the property offers a holiday oasis with a tree-lined driveway, level lawns, and extensive decking with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. The heated pool and gas-heated spa enhance the experience, making it an ideal Peninsula base.
Inside, coastal charm meets modern living with polished floorboards, carpeted bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The upstairs living area boasts floor-to-ceiling glass doors, a telescope, and magnificent ocean views. Stay comfortable year-round with ducted heating in winter and ceiling fans in every room during summer, and there is an aircon unit in the downstairs living area.
