Fresh paint, new flooring and new balcony furniture. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.

Summary: We had a wonderful week staying in unit 804 of the Star of the Sea. It was spotlessly clean and well fitted out with dishes, cutlery, pots 'n' pans - although we did almost no cooking. Management has made everything so convenient - even providing big blue wheeled bins so you don't have to make endless trips down to the car to unload and then load back up when checking out. Very thoughtful. The photos don't do it the unit justice, really. The view is spectacular. We spent lots of time just sitting on our balcony gazing at the ocean and people-watching. The view from the 8th floor was just perfect. The Murphy bed was very comfortable, and situated so that we could sit up in bed and watch the sun rise. Spectacular. Staying in October meant it was quiet and there were few people around. I can imagine it's a lot busier in the summer. We also appreciated the COVID rule requiring masks in the public areas of the building and the safety features - all exterior doors requiring a key to enter. Superb spot. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.
