Entire 4 bedroom house, amazing location, only 2 minute walk to Scarborough beach and restaurants, parks and shops/cafe’s. Large backyard, spa/jacuzzi, air hockey table, 14ft trampoline, bike & kids toys. Bedrooms Bed 1- 1 x king bed Bed 2- 2 x single beds Bed 3- 1 x double bed Bed 4- 1 x queen bed The perfect location for a holiday. The perfect time to come and experience Scarborough’s beach lifestyle. Ceiling fans in rooms and air conditioning in main living/kitchen area, main bedroom and bedroom 2. Spa, trampoline, push bikes & toys. Entire house including huge backyard, BBQ, outdoor dining table that seats 8. All linen provided. Please note we are adding an additional bathroom (ensuite to the main bedroom). Expected completion is late February so the house will have two full bathrooms and an addition separate toilet (3 toilets in total upstairs) plus an additional toilet downstairs. The perfect house for a relaxing family holiday, family wedding accommodation or work accommodation. Come and experience the amazing relaxed beach lifestyle Queensland is famous for. We have a strict no party, no smoking policy, no pets and quite hours are 10pm to 8am.
