The direct neighbor is Timmendorfer Strand where exclusive shops for shopping lure. 25 km from the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, where you can expect the Lübeck marzipan and the Holstentor. Scharbeutz is the ideal place to enjoy the most precious time of the year. The sandy beach offers ideal bathing conditions for young and old. Long beach walks, bike rides or inline skating on the newly designed promenade but also ideal sports conditions for water skiing, surfing, sailing and diving. The newly designed promenade with numerous cafes, such as the Café Important, numerous restaurants, the famous Gosch Sylt and shops and lookouts in the middle of the dunes invite you to a stroll or enjoyable lingering.
Our exclusive apartment house is located directly on the fine sandy Scharbeutzer beach with direct beach access. Ideal for small children as the beach slopes down into the water. Beach chairs and loungers and pedal boats can be rented on the beach. The center with shops and restaurants can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Our large, well maintained and flowered outdoor area offers a large sun terrace partly covered with barbecue area, loungers, beach chairs, tables and chairs and a sandbox, a playhouse with children's kitchen and other games for our younger guests. In the entrance area there is a selection of children and adult books and board games for young and old to borrow for free, children's cassette recorders and children's cassettes, children's computers and a game console V-Tech V-Smile. Parking spaces are directly at the house. All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. Pets are not allowed with us.
You live on the ground floor in a tastefully furnished combined living room with a double bed 180 cm x 200 cm. The apartment has a dresser with flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo system with CD and cassette deck, wardrobe, safe and a well-equipped pantry kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a 2 plate ceramic hob, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, 3 in 1 microwave, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
In our shower room is for our guests a vanity with vanity unit, hair dryer, make-up mirror and the original equipment towels. Of course, the initial bed linen is included.
